What’s better than a coconut daiquiri on a beautiful Caribbean beach? How about our La Doña Coco Daiquiri Cake! While it may not be “better,” this cake is a close second. It features four layers of soft coconut cake infused with delicious dark rum, Ron Abuelo. Silky smooth lime curd is layered in between, and the whole cake is surrounded by coconut buttercream.
